They were the one of the ’90’s most famous sets of twins, adored by millions and loved worldwide. But hold your breath before you see how the Sprouse boys look today.

Dylan and Cole Sprouse have been famous since they were babies. With their captivating blue eyes, they started appearing in commercials, movies, and TV shows at just 8 months old. They both played Patrick Kelly in the show Grace Under Fire from 1993 to 1998, winning over the hearts of many.

The Sprouse twins, like the Olsen sisters, had many roles together because of laws that protect children from working long hours.

In 1999, they achieved great success when they appeared in the movie “Big Daddy” with Adam Sandler. Their perfectly timed lines and incredible performance captured the hearts of millions of people.

In 2022, Cole expressed his admiration for Sandler’s career, stating that he may be biased due to their long-standing friendship. Cole praised Sandler’s ability to strike a perfect balance between art and commerce, which he believes is essential for a successful actor. Additionally, Cole commended Sandler for not only excelling in his own career but also uplifting his friends in the industry.

In 2020, Cole went on to play on his own when he was cast for the role of Ross Gellar’s son, played by David Schwimmer, in the iconic series Friends.

When asked about his favorite episode, Cole shared that it was “The One with the Holiday Armadillo.” He fondly remembered being captivated by the costumes and impressed by the practical effects used in the episode. Cole also admitted that he developed a crush on Jennifer Aniston, just like the rest of the world at that time. However, he confessed feeling intimidated around her, which caused him to forget his lines and experience stage fright when she sat next to him on the couch in one episode. Cole shared these memories during an interview with Today.

The brothers also took on another role together, playing the character of young Pistachio Disguisey in the movie Master of Disguise.

In 2005, they starred in the show called The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. They played twin brothers living in a fancy hotel with their mom. This show made them famous child stars. It aired until 2008 and was followed by another series called The Suite Life on Deck, which ran until 2011.

After the series, Dylan and Cope decided to take a break from acting and pursue higher education. Dylan chose to study video game design, while his twin brother Zack opted for humanities and archaeology.

Cole expressed the need to pause and gain a fresh perspective. He desired a reality check and a more objective view of himself. Now, he believes he can truly appreciate acting, as it is a crucial aspect of being an actor. He acknowledged that although he enjoyed his previous experiences, it was still work. Acting is a profession and a business that helped him secure a college education, which he considers a wonderful gift. However, he is now grateful to be pursuing acting on his own terms.

Following graduation, the attractive siblings pursued acting careers. Cole, who is in a relationship with French-Canadian model Ari Fournier, secured the part of Jughead Jones on Riverdale. Meanwhile, Dylan, who is engaged to Sports Illustrated model Barbara Palvin, began his acting journey with movies such as Dismissed and Banana Split.

Dylan mentioned in 2020 that he prefers creating something for us to collaborate on, rather than waiting for someone to approach us. He believes that twin movies are never good, which he considers a universal truth. If we can discover the right project, then we should go for it.
