Strange Things That Might Even Confound Sherlock Holmes

Belt Tool

An old toolbox contains a WITT tool that is at least 10 years old. The rotating part of the tool has spokes of various diameters, which align with a hole on the opposite side of the tool. You can use a Sharpie marker to determine the size.

This tool is used to create holes in leather or other similar materials, such as for making a belt.
