Nadya Suleman, a mom of octuplets, celebrates their 15th birthday

When she became pregnant, she had no idea she would be a mom to 8 babies. Now, the children are all grown up and you better sit tight before seeing how they look today.

In 2009, Nadya Suleman gained global fame as ‘Octomom’ after welcoming octuplets. Prior to giving birth to the first surviving octuplets, she was already a mother of six kids.

After giving birth and gaining widespread attention, Nadya, who didn’t have a job, had money problems and tried different ways to provide for her big family. She tried unusual things like posing nude for photos, working briefly in adult entertainment, joining celebrity boxing matches, and trying to trademark the name “Octomom” for business reasons.

Her motives and choices were often questioned, yet in the end, everyone acknowledged her efforts to support her large family.

As of 2013, Nadya decided to step away from the spotlight.

In 2016, Suleman mentioned that her daughters, especially her eldest daughter Amerah, played a significant role in bringing about a change in her. When Amerah was around 10 years old, she began adopting Suleman’s characteristics and actions.

She went on to say, “Once I noticed my daughter starting to imitate me, I saw her heading towards the same harmful path. In that moment, I realized I would rather be without a home, living in my van with all 14 kids, than continue down this path. It was not the future I desired for my children.”

The octuplets, Noah, Maliyah, Isaiah, Nariyah, Jeremiah, Jonah, Josiah, and Makai, turned 15 this year. Their amazing mom marked the occasion by sharing a nostalgic picture of the siblings celebrating their first birthday.

Nadya rarely shares photos of her kids, but she does posts updates every now and then.

When the eighth grade began, the mother proudly shared a picture of her octuplets and expressed, “Feel proud of yourselves, children, for being kind, respectful, and helpful to your classmates, teachers, and school staff.” She mentioned that her teenagers are outstanding examples for the sixth and seventh graders.

She added a solitary red heart emoji and expressed her love with the words, “I adore you,” concluding her tweet with an additional message for critics.

She wrote that their older siblings didn’t want her to share a photo on their first day. She respects their decision, and so should you.

Last year, Nadya celebrated her octuplets’ teenage milestone on Instagram by sharing a special post.

At that time, she wrote, “You are becoming some of the kindest, most humble, grateful, and loving individuals I have ever encountered. Each of you has exceptional and distinct qualities that set you apart from other children your age, especially in our present society.”

She characterized her children as “unselfish, compassionate, humble, and affectionate, reverent, devoted to God.” She included: “I have never witnessed kids who care and desire to help others, especially those who are less fortunate, as boldly and confidently as all of you do.”

You are not followers of this superficial world, but of a God who created and loves you without any conditions. I have no idea what I could have done to deserve such abundant blessings,” she said. “I adore you ❤️.”

Aren’t they a loving family?
